Walnut tree at the back of my garden. Leaning into my garden due to previous leylandii behind it (now gone). Needs a good 'haircut' to take some of the weight out of it. Hasn't an official tpo but understand that because it's a walnut it might have a form of protection. Have spoken to tree surgeon who suggests it's work should be done August time hence the permission sought. He suggests that you would only permit 25% but if more that would be good.
