The Beech Tree is situated in the front corner of Beechcroft, 51 Ruff Lane. The tree is in a conservation area and is subject to a TPO. Over recent years it has increasingly encroached over my garden to the rear of 2, Beech Meadow. In recent winds several larger branches have been shed, narrowly missing my wife in the garden.
