- The tree is an Oak on my rear garden, near and in the middle of the garden stairs, near our drain and septic tank.I want to fell the tree to ground because:1. The roots has damaged my drain twice and every time I have payed a few houndred pounds to clear the drain.2. The tree is too near my balcony and because of the size of it we are affraid that it will fall and damage the house.3. We can't have solar system installed on the house becuse the tree is in the way of the light and the house is always placed in the shadow.4. Because of the tree and that the house is always in the shadow, my house is always damp. The damp damage our health and our house (damp damages).5. Me and my neighbours are not happy about the leaves of this tree because they always block up all our gutter.6. We have Sky today and we have always problem with receiving signal because of the tree (regardless of the size).7. We have few days of sun in the UK but even when the sun is shining we can't enjoy it because the tree is in the way of the sun (both our balcony and our conservatory). Even in daylight it is dark inside even though we have big windows and it is all because of the tree standing close to the house and in the way of the light.Dear Sir/Madam, I am environmental friendly and wery much aware of it but when it is affecting my health and is dangerous to my home then I have to ask for your permission, please give me aproval to fell this tree to the ground level. I have many other trees in my garden and I promise to take care of them in the best way possible. I have applied twice and got approval to reduce by 10%, and every time it has cost me around ????800, but still we have the same problem and sadly every time it seems that it got worse and the tree is got bigger.
