Description:
A two storey side extension to No.2 Tollgate Avenue, Redhill was permitted on 26th October 2010 under planning reference No. 10/01485/HHOLD. The planning was implemented and completed in February 2012. The proposed plans indicated three adjoining doors between the existing dwelling and the new extension, two at ground floor level and one at first floor level. The extension also had an independent access on the ground floor east elevation. The proposed works were completed with the exception of the adjoining doors between the existing dwelling and the new extension and subsequently occupied. The three adjoining doors have not been installed so consequently the permitted extension has been used as a separate dwelling for a period of 6 years and 4 months. It has it's own independant access on the east elevation and separate heating system etc.
