FELL holly tree straddling the boundary between back gardens of 209 Plum Lane (left-hand side when viewed from the road) and outbuilding in adjacent garden at 207 Plum Lane. Our reason for this application to fell this tree is because we are planning a rear house extension and this tree is too close to the new build. The tree canopy and roots impact on a significant area of the garden preventing growth of a wide range of plants.
