Description:
The tree I'm applying for is the big beech on the plan. Its on the property of number 10 Carwood road but the application is on behalf of the neighbouring property number 8. They want to reduce the tree from encroaching their roof and minimise any negative effect on the trees health/amenity value/form. The customer has spoken to the tree owner who has agreed for the work to go ahead. The work that we are applying for is to lift some of the lower branches that are very lateral and growing over the parking areas. They are growing below the substantial crown and the tree would not loose its form by having those removed. Also the customer would like the branches carefully pruned back from their roof. All cuts would be back to appropriate growing points, retaining collars/ridges, all work to BS3998:2010HAR/CA29, TPO 295W.
