Application for approval of details reserved by Condition 5 of planning permission reference 10/02517/HOUSE: Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved, a landscaping scheme for the area between the wall hereby approved and the highway verge shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority. The approved scheme shall be started within the next planting season after the Local Planning Authority sending written notification of acceptance of the approved scheme. The landscaped area shall be maintained for a period of 5 years or until established, whichever may be longer.
