Valuation
The most recent sale price indexed forward to today's value is £680,999. This is one data point to inform the valuation. Description:
Willow (T1) - the large limb overhanging our (Ellen's, the Street) rear garden is in danger of breaking - evidenced by the one old limb that has already done so. This is a safety hazard as it overhangs a substantial part of the garden which we use daily. We have been advised that it needs to be cut back near half way to reduce the top-weight and request permission to do this. The roots of this Willow now also extend to the sceptic tank and drainage and are likely to cause problems with this in the future if the tree's growth is not managed. Two Red Sycamores (T2 and T3) - approval is required to remove T2 as it is malformed due to being too close to T3. This will allow a better growth and shape of T3. We will request our neighbour's, (on whose land it is growing) approval for this part of the requested work.2 Wild cherries (T4 and T5) - approval is requested to remove limbs which are now touching the house whilst maintaining a good tree shape. Removal of dead and minor lower limbs will also be needed to achieve this.Wild Cherry? (T6) - approval is requested to remove this tree which has grown from a seedling over the last 15 years as it 1) interferes with the electricity cable 2) overshadows the front of our house and 3) interferes with the neat growth of the specimen Birch in the front garden
