Description:
T2 Pine: Reduce overextending lateral over the road from 7m to 4m from main stem cutting back to viable secondary growth points. This will bring in back into the canopy area of other trees. T4 Pine: Remove to ground level. This pine has only 1 limb with live growth on and the remaining canopy is completely dead. T5 Pine: Reduce the lateral spread only over the house from 7m to 4m from the main stem cutting back to viable secondary growth points and following natural flowing lines. This will reduce the weight as is leaning towards neighbouring property. There is also a fire risk with it being in very close proximity/overhanging the chimney stack. T6 Pine: Remove to ground level. This tree has one limb with live growth on and the remaining canopy is dead. Remaining limb with growth on is in decline. T7 Pine: Remove the first limb back to main stem. This will give the neighbouring property more clearance from there roof.

Description:
Pine (T5 on sketch plan) - Fell, Pine (T6 on sketch plan) - Fell, Pine (T7 on sketch plan) - Fell 1. The tree works are proposed to stop the influence of the tree(s) on the soil below building foundation level and provide long term stability. 2. Estimated costs of repair to the building are £50,000.00 if the influence of the tree(s) remain and £2500.00 if the proposed tree works are allowed to proceed. Granting permission will limit these costs. In the event of a refusal we, or our clients, will seek to secure compensation for the additional costs incurred through Section 202(e). 3. Should the tree/s remain the total cost of repairs will be the Superstructural repairs + Alternative method of repairs = £52,500.00 4. It is the expert opinion of both the case engineer and arboriculturalist that on the balance of probabilities the supporting information demonstrates the influence of the tree(s).
