The tree is situated close to the road (Church Street) and close to my garage and my neighbours garage. It is growing in the centre of a yew hedge. In order to keep the tree to a size that is in keeping with the area in which it is growing and away from the road and away from mine and my neighbour's garage a crown reduction is requested of approx 1.5 m on overall diameter and approx 1m on height. Drawing attached. The tree appears to be in a healthy condition and the work can easily be done by myself.
