Address:
50 Long Row Horsforth Leeds
Description:
T1 Ash - Works are to fell this tree because of excessive shading, low amenity value and risk of damage from roots. This tree is a self-seeded woodland tree which is inappropriate for small urban garden and a risk as it immediately borders public footpath and road. Risk of structural damage from roots to the property, public path, public road and underground works. As well as excessive shading the tree is consuming excessive groundwater/rainfall, consequent lack of water has killed a garden tree, parts of hedging and lawn grass. Plan to replant this area with shrubs in keeping with those used in neighbouring houses in the area which will not grow to excessive size, cause excessive shading or present a risk, and will be more appropriate to the size and location of the garden.
