Description:
Permission is sought to cut the trees G4 and T8 back on the overhanging side of the fence by an amount that will not damage the trees shape at sensible branch junctions. It is not intended to cut the tree back to the fence but to allow enough overhang into my garden to remain to give the tree a natural shape. It is envisaged that no more that 4 ft would need to be cut of any branch length, although naturally I would follow any restrictions in length cut given by the planning authority should permission be given and restrictions stipulated. If it is possible to take a small amount of the hight then this would also be liked, although again I understand there will be yes/no instructions from the council around this.
