- T1 - Castanea sativa - sweet chestnut: Mature tree located in the rear garden near the rear boundary and over-sailing 3 other gardens, there is an aviary under a section of the crown and small orchard tree under another section The tree is multi stemmed with two leaders at 1m AGL. This union (fork) is somewhat contorted and can be called included, there is evidence of inclusion of an armoured cable; -Re-pollard the large limb that grow towards the house on the northern side back to the previously instigated pollard point at 4.5m AGL (removing approximately 8m of growth from the tips -reduce the remaining crown of the tree by the selective removal of between 2.5-3 metres from the branch tips depending on the opportunities for cutting back to suitable live growth in each instance.
