East Molesey Kent Town Conservation Area - I wish to remove a very large sycamore tree (no TPO) from my back garden - marked "no 3" on attached diagram ref 001 - and replace it with a smaller, native tree. (eg a rowan, malus or amelanchier). The tree is between 16 meters - 18 meters tall, fast growing, but not visible from Arnison Road. It is planted very close to the boundary with my neighbours at 16 Arnison Road, and is causing a significant loss of light to both gardens. It is also becoming increasingly difficult to control the excessive number of seedlings it casts into both gardens. Please note my neighbours at 16 Arnison Road have been consulted and are very much in favour of the proposed works.
