- Fell a weeping silver birch which although planted in the SW corner of our property, leans out over our neighbours properties to the W and S. It shades these properties and they would prefer it to be removed. It also shades an apple tree in our own garden which may well be the only remaining tree from what used to be an orchard before our house was built. The tree is also in danger of fouling telephone wires especially as it has started sending up a few rogue (ie non-weeping) branches. The tree is not noticeable from the road. There is no plan to replace the tree as its removal would benefit the apple tree.
