15/00006/TPO (T1) - Prune to provide not more than a 2.5 metres vertical clearance from any roof plane of either 34 or 32 Riley Crescent. Remove epicormic growth from main stem, in including the fairly well developed horizontal growth that is growing over the flat roof of the extension at 32 Riley Crescent. Tidy epicormic growth on old pruning wound / stumps back to growth collar (do not remove old pruning stumps). Crown reduce lateral growth on main canopy by up to a maximum 2 metres to rebalance the canopy (this is not an all-round reduction, just addressing the areas of the crown where they have are notable un balancing a natural canopy shape (mostly NE and SW quadrants)) - no overall reduction in height is proposed.
