T1 - Sycamore - To reduce the laterals limbs extending towards the property of 52 Edgar Rd to gain a 4 meter clearance from structure to branch tip. The tree has been pruned previously but currently is within 1-1.5m from the house. Furthermore, we additionally apply to aerially inspect the tree bracing that is currently in-situ at approximately 8-9m to assess its condition and replace if it is deemed necessary due to causing cambium damage or if the bracing has deteriorated since installation and is no longer fit for purpose. This work has been advised but not currently commissioned by the client. However, we seek approval as we have advised that this work is of high priority as the client doesn't know when the bracing was installed.
