Since the strong storms in Jan 2012 the tree is leaning further towards 14 Basingbourne and the adjacent property. We request permission to engage a tree surgeon to remove the tree as it now represents a danger to health and property. In addition the horse chesnut tree shown in next door trees have already been removed.
