Tall Pine tree, situated in south west corner of front garden. Leaning towards house and over drive. See attached PDF picture (pine tree). Since the strong storms in Jan 2012 the tree is leaning further towards 14 Basingbourne and the adjacent property. We request permission to engage a tree surgeon to remove the tree as it now represents a danger to health and property. In addition the horse chesnut tree shown in next door trees have already been removed.
