1) Silver Birch in the garden at the back of the house. Request to trim the branches to reduce the weight as there is a large split in the trunk of the tree. There is also excessive shading of the neighbours garden. If possible can I trim the silver birch at the same time as the Ash tree - application submitted previously in Feb 2021.

1 Ash Tree see picturesRequest to remove the ash tree as the tree is in close proximity to the house, approximately 7ft from the front wall. The roots of the tree can be seen where they disappear under the house or very close to it. There are signs of slow cracks in the concrete at the front door. These were small hairline cracks in June 2020 when the pictures were taken. . This can be seen in the picture. In addition, One large branch has grown over the roof of the houses (including No3) and when the leaves grow they are sitting on the roof.
