Type:
Tree and hedge works
Status:
Status not known
Address:
1 Green Lane Heaton Norris Stockpor
Description:
Apple Blossom tree (T1) - the tree has been badly lopped in the past by previous owners of the property and is heavily diseased. As it is so near to the property, we believe that it represents a risk of damaging the property in the event of strong winds or storms. We have been loathed to fell the tree as it has been an attractive addition to our property but this summer it has not shown good leaf and really needs to come down. We are not aware that we are obliged to replant a tree in its place but would like to do so, probably the same species subject to advice as to suitability of the soil etc from a qualified arboriculturalist.
