Address:

Description:
T1: Sycamore, front garden. This tree medium/large tree is 1m from the house and closer still to the neighbouring garages (which are owned by a third party). The tree makes contact with the wall which forms the boundary between 130 Langton Way and these garages. There is a large rot pocket in the rearmost of the two main leaders at the point where the wall has abraided the bark/cambium way over the years. It is an unsuitable species and far too large for its location and so this application is to fell. A Judas tree has been planted as a 'replacement' in a more suitable part of the front garden.
