Description:
T1 & T2 Cypress spp. - fell - A large dead tree was removed near to these slender Cypress trees recently. This tree was obviously providing protection from the wind for these trees as now they have been exposed they have started to lean further and further over, onto the fence and directly above the road and busy footpath. By removing the hazardous trees the owner wishes to plant a suitable mixed hedge along the boundary line to improve privacy.

Address:
2 PARKGATE, BLACKHEATH, LONDON
Description:
The tree is a Monterey Cypress tree. The foliage has gone brown and started to drop and it looks like there is a fungal infection in the trunk. It is very large and sited between our house and number 4 Parkgate so it would be dangerous to leave it in case it gets blown down . We have had estimates from tree experts (Graham Wood) who have confirmed that it has died and should be removed for safety reasons. We are happy to replace with a similar but smaller tree as it has grown too large for the area anyway.
