- Description:
- Group 1: 11x Lime tree avenue down drive way and along the rear of property, to crown lift to first major union. Deadwood canopies of all trees. Reduce lowest branch going out over front drive way towards road back to suitable growth point. Crown lift lower overhang over neighbours garage to 4m to provide clearance. Lime tree by corner of house reduce back from house by 3-4m to create space and clearance from brickwork and roof line. Group 2: Ash poles on boundary of garden to be pruned back to boundary as much as possible. Whilst maintaining growth points to keep some canopy cover. Old pollards that have not be managed by neighbour for a long time. Remove lowest limb on larger Ash tree over hanging the garden that sit on the far right as you look at the line of trees from the gate to the rear garden. T1: Cherry in Rear garden over Patio. Reduce canopy by 2-3m. Large failed limb within the last year causing a large hole in the canopy and potentially opening the tree up to wind throw on the now more exposed limbs. With a very used footpath directly behind the tree being of concern with any further failure.

T2 Pine tree remove, location of the tree has caused the Oak to react to its presence causing a hole in the Oak canopy and also increased the growth of the Oak limbs around the pine to reach the light past its canopy. By removing the pine and pruning the Oak to rebalance the shape of the Oak will be regained on this side. Group 1 Lime Trees running down either side of the driveway Crown lift to 5m and reduce back limbs that are over next doors property building. Reduce by approximately 3-4m to ensure a good level of clearance is achieved. Dead wood throughout all trees. Lowest limb on the first tree on the left hand side at the entrance to be removed due to it growing down into the pedestrian walk way. Group 2 Lime Trees running down the rear of the of the property boundary. Reduce canopy of the lowest lateral limbs on the furthest right tree away from over hanging the building. The front aspect of the trees reduce over hang from the garage roof. The reduction will be 2m to create clearance of the house and garage roof and guttering. - Description:
- G3; As stated on the Council TPO map. There are some Ash stems that have been pollarded previously. That are leaning towards Mulberry house side and the wish is to erect a fence line as close to the boundary as possible. There are 3 stems that are leaning which we wish to coppice down to a height that will allow the fence to be erected uninhibited. 2 stems have been coppiced, before the realisation was that the Trees held Tpo status which was when we where brought in as we informed the owners that after previously enquiring about the status of the trees we had been told. This was a few years ago hence my latest email to enquire. The owners have been quite upset after learning of the situation as after looking at their TPO map believed the trees where not covered. They have offered to plant trees elsewhere on their property.
