TPO ESCC/53/0025 T001 Pine - to be felled; Single Pine tree located to the front of the house adjacent to the parking area and access road. The tree is located on the edge of the grass area within 1m of the block paved parking area and tarmac access road. The roots have caused lifting to the kerbings and block paving. There is also cracking to the tarmac surface. The crown of the tree is slightly sparse and there have been branch failures. Most of the lower branches have been removed leaving only a small upper crown. There are numerous old pruning wounds and sunken areas on the main stem with signs of decay in several areas.
