THEREFORE I AGREED WITH THE PLYMOUTH ESTATE TRUSTEES ACCESS FROM THEIR LAND SUBJECT TO LICENCE AGREEMENT. THERE IS AN EXISTING OVERGROWN TRACK OFF RESTWAY CLOSE INTO THE PLYMOUTH ESTATE, NEXT TO THE WELSH WATER RESERVOIR GATE. THE TRACK IS CLOSED OFF BY A POLE AND WIRE FENCE, BUT THE FENCE IS IN DISREPAIR AND ALLOWS FOR PEDESTRIAN ACCESS. I PROPOSE TO CUT PART OF THE VEGETATION AND USE THE EXISTING TRACK TO ACCESS THE FIELD AND FROM THERE DOWN INTO MY GARDEN. NO NEW CONSTRUCTION ROAD WILL BE REQUIRED NOR ALTERATION TO RESTWAYS CLOSE PAVING OR KERB. IT IS SIMPLY TO CLEAN UP AN EXISTING ACCESS TO ALLOW A 1.5TONNES DIGGER AND CONSTRUCTION BLOCK TO BE BROUGHT INTO MY GARDEN. AT THE COMPLETION OF THE TERRACING WORKS, I AGREED WITH PLYMOUTH ESTATE TRUSTEES THAT I WILL REPAIR THE FENCE AND PROVIDE ADDITIONAL PLANTING TO CLOSE THE TRACK ACCESS AGAIN. WELSH WATER LAND WILL NOT BE AFFECTED BY THE WORKS.
