- Fell Ash tree as it has already resulted in the neighbour's garage having to be re-built and is now causing all the concrete driveway to lift with substantial heave back to the house and the drains. If the tree cannot be removed, then works to prevent further damage to the main property and the neighbours. (I would appreciate any advice)We have also received multiple complaints from the other neighbour (no. 3) because branches have fallen off a number of times and she is worried that her disabled daughter will not be able to react quickly enough to falling debris. Again, if tree removal is not possible, the removal of a limb and or branches is requested. We are happy to replace the tree with another one to be agree.The tree is an Ash.
