Description:
Prior Notification (Householder) - A split length single-storey rear extension was added to the property in the 1970's (planning permission granted at the time). This incorporated a galley kitchen, extending 4.2m from the original external wall and an adjacent 'dining area' extending 2.5m from the original existing external wall.We would like to extend the current 'dining area' extension by 1.7m to be level with the end of the kitchen extension i.e. the proposed extension would across the rear property to all be the same length. The roof covering the current extension is a flat roof and the proposed new extension would be replaced with the same flat roof, as currently stands. No other changes are planned. I have included a couple of pictures of the rear of the property (please excuse the mess we are currently plastering and decorating the main bedroom, hall, stairs and landing!)
