T1 Redwood situated in the corner of two listed walls on boundary with Hathersage Business Park. Young Redwood has been identified as the cause of the listed wall being pushed out, as well as the adjacent laurel with damage noticeable on the business park side. Recommend to fell the tree due to its proximity to the boundary walls and the speed of growth of this species.

G1: Reduce and trim row of yew trees either side of path. G1 comprises a total of 12 yews taking 2-3ft off the height and trimming the sides as hard as possible without leaving them too bare. Two at the top right hand side have been affected by spraying japanese knotweed, we would trim these more gently and trim them again at a later date. G2: Trim the two yews either side of main gate, reducing the one on the left (looking from the road) by approx 1 m and trimming the one on the right to match, to maintain their height and shape. Also sever ivy on stems.
