Description of trees (based on assessment of an arborist): Trees are approximately 3m tall and are planted about 80cm apart (see sketch and photo provided with this application). Trees are old (believed to be from 1960s) with very poor form low vitality beaing little/poor fruit and limited folliage. T2 has acute asymmetry projecting at about 50 degrees from the ground. SInce last year T2 is leaning on the brick wall surrounding the garden. T1 also has asymmetry and its branches impede the overhead telephone cable. Reason for work: Low amenity value of trees (see description above) intention to replace with two new more vibrant trees in the same location likely holly trees.
