- Description:
- Both trees are located on the left hand side boarder as you enter the driveway, I have marked these on a map to be more precise. First tree - Poplar tree (P1). We propose to dismantle/fell due to it being too close to the house for the size and species. We are concerned it may damage property and has low amenity value. Please find more info attached on the arborists report. Second tree - Beech tree (B1). We propose a 20%-30% crown reduction as years of growth have caused branches to start touching the property along with excessive shading. The tree also shows signs of a week union which would benefit from the reduction, as it will reduce the end weight on limbs. Our plan is to manage and preserve the tree correctly by carrying out regular maintenance rather than requiring more drastic work in the future.
