G1 - 3x Ash trees grouped outside houses 1 + 2 St Thomas Walk. All three trees are lapsed pollard trees and need to be re-pollarded back to the previous knuckles removing 4-5m from the tips, to prevent future snap outs. There is also significant bark cracking, a cavity at its base and staining on the trunk of one of the three trees. (The other 2 trees in the group are not showing any obvious signs of problems. If the 3 trees are re-pollarded, it will increase longevity of the trees by reducing the wind sail effects of the canopies and re-establishing a 5 year pollard routine)
