Condition 5 - Installation of railings to the front of the property. It was decided not to fit these as those proposed were not deemed appropriate by the council. It is requested that this condition is removed. Condition 6 - The original drawings requested a window to the left of the door on the front elevation. For security reasons it is requested that this window request is removed.
