Valuation
The most recent sale price indexed forward to today's value is £572,433. This is one data point to inform the valuation. Based on an internal area of 160 m², this implies a valuation between £499,000 and £818,000. Treat this as context only. Address:
Well Cottage Upper Street Kingsdown
Description:
TP1 - Sycamore to be felled. TP2 - Sycamore to be reduced in height to approx 10 metres. The trees cause excessive shading to many of the neighbouring gardens, particularly those to the north and east of Well Cottage. The sycamores also carpet neighbouring gardens with seedlings every autumn. My elderly neighbours in Kingsmead have expressed concern for their safety when there are high winds (which seem to be increasingly frequent). I would prefer not plant a replacement tree as there are numerous trees in garden but would readily do so if DDC insisted
