Address:
5 Victoria Crescent Nottingham Nottingham City
Description:
The tree is positioned to the front of the property adjacent to the driveway, It is a young mature with a stem diameter 40 centimetres at chest height. The overall vitality of the tree is poor with signs of ash dieback throughout the crown.Mutated growth and deadwood are present through the crown rusty coloured stems on the ground.Due to its location over the driveway and proximity to the road I would recommend its removal. Being position behind the Lime trees on street the tree is hidden in summer and offers little amenity to the local area. Due to its decline I would consider that its removal would be the most appropriate action. It also appears that there may be another fungal pathogen at work in the tree due to the share amount of new growth that is dead, however no fungal bodies were present at the time and it is unclear as to what is causing this. Please see photo attached on next page.
