- Description:
- Please see attached file Tree 1 and Tree2 as a site plan. As can be seen the Tree in question is shown on the plan above as one of two lopped Ash trees. The tree is actually on our neighbours property however the tree has a split trunk and part of the lower tree and branches is fully over our boundary. The tree trunk that is growing over our property is now very dangerous. It is too big and too close to our listed thatched cottage. Also the tall branches of the tree are growing on and through both electricity wires and telephone wires posing a risk to the wires being pulled down and causing danger to our property and those of our neighbours. We are requesting permission to remove the lower split trunk that it growing over our boundary and which has grown so tall that it is growing through wires as noted above. The works will not affect the tree on our neighbours boundary and not remove the tree completely just the one lower split of trunk which is growing separately. I have attached several photographs identifying the tree and the dangers of the branches growth through the wires - see attached.
