Amendments: 1)The side window in ground floor kitchen has been moved slightly towards to rear to enable the fitting of kitchen units. 2) The small internal wall at the rear of the kitchen has been removed. 3)The dining area at the rear of the kitchen has been extended about half way onto the existing terrace with a glazed sunroom with a tiled lean-to roof to match existing. 4) The existing external steps from the terrace to the garden have been shown rebuilt. 5) The door from the dining area to the terrace has been changed to a set of bi-fold doors. 6) The front porch entrance door has been changed to a slightly wider door with a fixed glazed pane to the side instead of a small window. 7) On the first floor the side window to the front bathroom has been removed. 8) The sliding door to the ensuite has been moved towards the staircase. 9) The opening direction of the new master bedroom door has been changed. 10) We have added a brick pier to the front corner of the extension to match the existing pier and to allow the end finish to the UPVC weather boarding.On the section drawing, you will note that we have moved the roof Velux window down the roof slope so that the cill is not more than 1100mm off the floor to comply with the escape requirements for a building with only one staircase. This has not made any difference to the roof windows shown on the rear elevation drawing.
