G1 Lawson Cypress Conifers - It is proposed that these trees be removed and replaced by smaller, native and slower growing varieties. They are extremely large and are now towering over Manor Cottage, the house next door. Our neighbour has expressed concern over potential root damage to their property and the impact of falling branches and leaf materials particularly in high winds. T1 Scotch pine - It is proposed that the tree be removed. Damage to the wall and the paving between the tree and house can already be seen and their is concern about damage to the main wall of the house which is circ 400 years old.
