The hedgerow is divided by fence lines and has been removed in plot 294, partially removed in plot 292 and planning permission has been granted for the removal of the hedgerow in plot 288. In terms of biodiversity, the hedgerow has become fragmented with any connectivity reduced. In terms of amenity the hedgerow is enclosed by a timber fence with only the top 50cm visible above the fence line so it has very limited visibility of any, from the public footpaths and highway.
