(RETROSPECTIVE) approval for the fence that has been erected in place of a large hedge which had to be removed as it had been neglected over a number of years. The boundary between the property and the adjacent footpath was already 6ft timber fence for half the length, which had partially rotted and was no longer stable. We therefore replaced this section and also the part of the boundary which was previously hedge. We have planted greenery alongside the fence on the side of the property.
