- Description:
- There is a protected Pine tree located in the front garden of 71 Crescent Drive North, Woodingdean, BN2 6LS. The Pine tree is situated on an elevated bed which is largely composed of chalk, above a pubic footpath/ main road. The tree is causing structural damage to the brick wall of the front garden . There is concern that the tree is not safe in the current conditions. We are seeking permission to remove the Pine tree to prevent this. The residents of the property would like to replace the tree with a similar, smaller tree. I have attached photos.
