Upgrade heating system by replacing existing old boiler for a new condensing combi boiler, sited in the kitchen annex to the side of the house. The flue for this boiler will need to be routed through the roof of the annex and an access panel will need to be installed in the false ceiling of the annex for flue maintenance.
