We have a large tree on the front of our property which over hangs the path way outside on Bridge Lane, and our own land. It is now nearly touching the roof of our home and over hangs our garage. It occasionally breaks off large branches which could cause damage to our property as it lands on our garage and any parked cars, as well as people and animals.
