I spoke to the applicant on 11.11.2022 and suggested that the evidence supporting ash dieback was not extensive enough to warrant removal of the tree at this stage. He was going to revert to the tree surgeon and let me know if they were going to wthdraw the notification. T 1 ASH the tree is located to the rear of the garden it has multiple leaders. It has a large amount of dead through the canopy and there is also extensive signs of Ash die back. Tree is set for removal and re plant which a suitable species
