*This price paid record has been flagged by Land Registry as a 'Category B: Additional Price Paid entry'. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

Planning applications
Planning ref:

Type:
Tree and hedge works
Status:
Application approved with conditions
Address:
14 Hamworth Drive Oakworth Keighley West Yorkshire
Description:
2x spruce trees that are approximately 30m tall. They are the two tallest trees in the rear garden of the application address and are located behind the pool area. They are situated in the south westerly corner of the garden to the rear of 14 Hamworth Drive, roughly 2m from the westerly garden boundary retaining wall and roughly 5m from the southerly wall backing onto the East Royd road. The trees are held within a small raised bed made from drystone walling. The roots are ingressing through the retaining wall and into the westerly neighbours property. Works to be carried out include felling of both trees down to ground level and removal of felled material from the land. From checking on the Bradford Council website it is clear that these trees are not registered with any TPOs. Reason for works is because the structural integrity of the retaining wall near the trees is now compromised and further damage would increase the risk of the trees falling in bad weather.
