We wish to carry out pruning work and maintenance work to 3 of 4 large oak trees which are shown as G4 on the TPO plan. They are now creating excessive shade in the garden of No 1 Spring Gardens and two are getting very close to the neighbouring house at No 2 and the neighbour has asked for permission to prune the trees.
