Fell large poplar tree to rear growing in land that is not registered in the land registry and so it is impossible to contact the owner of the land. The tree has moved due to storms flooding and soil erosion at the base of the trunk and is now leaning at approximately 40 degrees is almost touching the garage wall at its base and almost touching the roof of the house leaning directly towards the rear elevation of the house. It has signs that it is dying in places and a local tree surgeon has said it is very dangerous and will at some point soon fall directly onto the roof of the house causing significant damage to the property and risk of injury or death.
