Description:
It is clear that the application in February 2010 was a retrospective one for works completed (probably) in 2009 and that the intended use of the roof was always for it to be a sun deck. It had fencing and decking installed and the plans approved by Carmarthenshire CC allowed for steps to provide access to the sundeck.The steps were installed many many years and due to their age are now in need of replacement. This indicates that the steps were constructed at the point at, or very close to, the date at which permission was given. I believe therefore that the steps have been in general use since 2010 and have not been the cause of any complaint, or enforcement action and therefore a LDC should be issued
