Sale history
£470,000 on Jul 2018

*This price paid record has been flagged by Land Registry as a 'Category B: Additional Price Paid entry'. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

Address:
40 Pierce Lane Fulbourn
Description:
Sycamore removal x 1 - this tree stands at the corner of Town Close and Pierce Lane access. It severely impedes the view of oncoming vehicles from the right as you pull out onto the highway and this has been the cause of several near-misses in the past; you have to edge out a fair way to be able to see any oncoming vehicles. It also obstructs easy access into Town Close when turning right across the oncoming carriageway, particularly if your vehicle is larger than a standard saloon. Although this tree is not diseased, it has been lopped fairly comprehensively in the past and as you can see from the photograph, it is now essentially just a large trunk with straggly branches and therefore does nothing to add to the aesthetic value of the general trees/shrubbery
