£470,000 on Jul 2018
*This price paid record has been flagged by Land Registry as a 'Category B: Additional Price Paid entry'. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

- Address:
- 40 Pierce Lane Fulbour
- Description:
- Sycamore removal x 1 - this tree stands at the corner of Town Close and Pierce Lane access. It severely impedes the view of oncoming vehicles from the right as you pull out onto the highway and this has been the cause of several near-misses in the past; you have to edge out a fair way to be able to see any oncoming vehicles. It also obstructs easy access into Town Close when turning right across the oncoming carriageway, particularly if your vehicle is larger than a standard saloon. Although this tree is not diseased, it has been lopped fairly comprehensively in the past and as you can see from the photograph, it is now essentially just a large trunk with straggly branches and therefore does nothing to add to the aesthetic value of the general trees/shrubbery

- Type:
- Tree and hedge works
- Status:
- Application withdrawn before a decision was taken
- Address:
- 40 Pierce Lane Fulbourn Cambridg
- Description:
- We submit this application to request complete removal of 1 x mature sycamore tree in a conservation area. The tree is shown on the attached diagram with an * symbol and is at the beginning of the access to the property from Pierce Lane. Unfortunately the sycamore causes a safety hazard for cars coming out of this access as it impeaches the view to on coming vehicles on the road. The sycamore also restricts the size of vehicle able to come down the access. As we are looking to renovate the property (40 Pierce Lane) in the near future the trees would prevent trucks and /or lorry?s getting to the house if it was to remain in its current location..It is worth noting that the sycamore is not diseased and was previously topped in 2016...Please note our previously submitted application ref: S/3191/18/TC which is currently under review. We request that both applications are review together if possible as the locations are the same.
