*This price paid record has been flagged by Land Registry as a 'Category B: Additional Price Paid entry'. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

- Description:
- Two Apple Trees T1 and T2 in garden have been examined by an Aborist and he has advised they should be felled due to their dangerous nature. He also noted previous Historic pruning by others long before we bought site, we have never pruned or cut or carried out ANY works on the trees. T1 Apple tree has for years been left without care and has severe natural rotting to its base and roots, with large holes at base of trrunk and around its roots it has been heavily wrapped in other plantation including Ivy and other mutations that have helped with its demise. T2 Apple is a tall tree that is very top heavy ,unbalanced and is leaning dangerously to one side. We would look to replace if required with a suggested species after seeking advice. Both Trees are on right hand side of the garden with T2 near another splendid cherry tree which is in great condition, neither of the removals would effect the T cherry tree in any form.
