- Description:
- Fell 1 no. Conifer and 1 no. Cherry.Tree A is a large conifer (believed to be Lawson Cypress) which is crowding other adjacent conifers as shown in the attached photos. It is also immediately adjacent to the existing garage and growing over and against the garage wall blocking light and causing damp.Tree B is a cherry tree which was formerly covered in ivy. The ivy was cleared earlier in the year, but the tree is suffering from bacterial canker as shown in the photos and has already lost several large branches. It is also very close to the foundations of the existing garage retaining wall where its roots could cause structural issues. Both trees could be replaced if required, however the gardens of Reed House already contain many large trees as can be seen in the photos, some of which are overcrowding others.
